Last October 26, we gathered to celebrate the heart and soul of our education system—our amazing teachers! The Teachers’ Night 2024 was filled with fun, excitement, and inspiration!

The evening kicked off with an energetic Dance Contest, where our talented educators showed their passion not just in the classroom, but on the dance floor as well! The moves were electrifying, and the competition fierce, but it was all in the spirit of joy and unity.

We also honored the Top Performing Teachers of the Municipality, who have gone above and beyond to shape the minds and futures of our youth. Your dedication and commitment to education are truly inspiring. We are so proud of each one of you!

To all our teachers, thank you for being the guiding light of our community. Your hard work, passion, and perseverance continue to make Tuburan shine brighter every day!

Agriculture & Environment: Tuburan continues to lead in sustainable farming practices and environmental conservation, ensuring that future generations will thrive in a greener and more prosperous Tuburan.

Economic Growth: Our local economy is thriving! With the growing coffee industry, innovative livelihood programs, and small business support, we are creating more opportunities for Tuburanons to succeed.

All these achievements wouldn’t be possible without the unity and cooperation of our people. Together, we are building a brighter, more prosperous Tuburan.

In line with this vision of our municipality, we are proud to announce the upcoming groundbreaking ceremony of our 4PH Program (Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino) in partnership with PAG-IBIG Fund, DHSUD, and Eastland Property Ventures on October 25, 2024 at 10AM. The housing project will be situated in Brgy. Alegria, Tuburan, Cebu.

HAPPY TEACHER’S DAY, mga Tuburanong Magtutudlo!

Today, the Local Government Unit of Tuburan celebrated the feast of St. Therese, the patron of love and simplicity through a holy mass and procession.

Also part of the celebration was the blessing of the new Tourism Office and elevator.

May this day remind us of the importance of faith, humility, and selfless service all for the love for our community.

A sumptuous lunch was also served to the employees of LGU – Tuburan through the generosity of our Municipal Mayor, Hon. Democrito M. Diamante.
