Blessing & Opening of Caridad Water System

Fr. Allan Trinidad, Parish Priest of Colonia Parish, officiated the Blessing of the aforesaid Water System. The Activity was spearheaded by Engr. Dexter B. Delica. SD Members Mr. Danilo M. Diamante and Mr. Eduardo E. Ondoy, and other MPDC personnel.
