LGU Tuburan Registers to PhilGEPS

PhilGEPS or Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System is a national electronic database solely created to provide a main portal of all public procurement activities. It provides both the government agencies and the suppliers an open and competitive online site to conduct business together.

LGU TUBURAN, being a government procurement entity, supports the mandate of R.A. 9184. As expected, it adapts PhilGEPS in the process of procuring supplies, materials, and equipment needed in the transaction of official businesses and daily operations. By and large, PhilGEPS aims to promote transparency and efficiency in the procurement procedures.

On June 14, 2011, the Local Government Unit of Tuburan was formally added to the certified members of the PhilGEPS. In compliance to the mandate of R.A. 9184, LGU Tuburan has published in the PhilGEPS information board its bid opportunities, awards, and contracts.
